Laundry Attendant

Shifts Available at El Reno location

Shift (21 hours)- Wednesday 7-2pm, Saturdays 7-2pm and Sundays 2-9pm (or we can entertain rotating-one weekend would work the 7-2pm shift and the following weekend would work 2-9pm shift)

Responsible for assisting customers with self-service and processing wash and fold laundry orders.  Assist with facility maintenance and cleaning.

Duties and Responsibilities:

•  Consistently provide excellent customer service as defined by the Company's guidelines.

•  Assist self-serve customers with facility use. Resolve any equipment problems as they arise when possible.

•  Process wash and fold orders in a timely and efficient manner following the Company's specified guidelines.

•  Maintain facility cleanliness. Complete store and equipment cleaning as assigned.

•  Maintain efficient store operation by notifying management of machine malfunctions and of supplies needed.

•  Promote a safe environment by being attentive to potential hazards, both personal and environmental, and reduce the risks however possible. Notify management of identified safety concerns.

• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.

• Constantly ensure the facility remains clean.

Qualifications

• Customer Service experience is a plus.

•  Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects up to 50 pounds frequently.

• Oral communication over the phone and in person.

• Functional reading and writing and basic computer skills.
