Responsible for assisting customers with self-service and processing wash and fold laundry orders. Assist with facility maintenance and cleaning.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Consistently provide excellent customer service as defined by the Company's guidelines.
Assist self-serve customers with facility use. Resolve any equipment problems as they arise when possible.
Process wash and fold orders in a timely and efficient manner following the Company's specified guidelines.
Maintain facility cleanliness. Complete store and equipment cleaning as assigned.
Maintain efficient store operation by notifying management of machine malfunctions and of supplies needed.
Promote a safe environment by being attentive to potential hazards, both personal and environmental, and reduce the risks however possible. Notify management of identified safety concerns.
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
Constantly ensure the facility remains clean.
Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects up to 50 pounds frequently.
Oral communication over the phone and in person.
Functional reading and writing and basic computer skills.
