SpeedQueen App How To - EL RENO

Step 1: Download the Speed Queen app from the Apple App Store® or Google Play™. 

Step 2:  Select Sign Up or Log In and follow the steps to set up your Speed Queen Laundry account.

Step 3:  Enter the verification code from your email into the app to complete setup.*

*If you did not receive the verification code, be sure to check your spam/junk folder in your email.

Selecting your store

Select your Speed Queen Laundry store by entering the location code once in-store.   

Adding money

To add money to your SpeedQueen account, select “Your account balance” in the app and "add funds" choose a payment method: credit or debit card or add funds in-store with credit, debit or cash.  Please ensure your zip code matches your billing zip code for your bank/credit card.  If you use apple pay or google pay you must ensure that your address is up to date otherwise the transaction will reject.

Starting your machine

Load your machine and add detergent. Locate your washer or dryer number in the app or scan the QR code on the machine. 

Choose the desired settings on the machine. Select Continue and Pay, followed by pressing Start on the machine.

Enabling notifications

Choose to allow notifications via text, email or push to get a reminder of cycle completion.
